01 / Overview

Vanguard's work is calm and considered, and their website needed to feel the same. But behind the brand, the project work still needed a spine.

We built the public site around the way Vanguard actually talks about a home: the problem, the plan, the next step. Then we connected it to the same portal system used on the contractor side — client and contractor views for bids, material tracking, and message threads. The marketing site earns the trust; the portal keeps it.

02

The brief

A residential project creates a long paper trail. Homeowners want clarity, and the builder needs a defensible record of every selection and approval.

03

The approach

An editorial site with room for the work, a clear approach, and a low-friction inquiry. Behind it, a client portal for progress and selections, and a contractor portal for bids, materials, and the record. Both sides see the same approved details.

04

The outcome

A brand that looks like the work, and a project experience that holds up after the first meeting.
