Takeoff
A phone-first construction takeoff and estimating workbench.
Takeoff — Off the RailsTakeoff is a construction takeoff and estimating app built around the way a job actually gets priced: measure the work, select the assembly, account for stock and waste, then see what it costs before the bid goes out.
The Android build includes project-based takeoffs, 63 bid-estimate methods across 17 construction families, a detailed fence layout workflow, local SQLite storage, stock planning, pricing, tax, markup, CSV shopping lists, and portable JSON project archives. The calculation core is separate from the UI so it can be reused later on Windows.
The first Android build is a private studio beta. It is not publicly downloadable yet; release links will be posted here when the build is ready.
