CB Construction Group
A contractor website with working client and contractor portals for bids, materials, and the daily back-and-forth.
CB Construction Group — 2026CB Construction Group needed more than a brochure. Homeowners wanted to know what was happening. The office wanted fewer text threads. The crew wanted one place to see what had been approved.
We built the public site and the two portals behind it. Clients log in to follow their project, review bids, approve material selections, and message the team. Contractors get a view built for the work: bids, submittals, material tracking, and a record of every decision. The site and the portals share the same data, so the answer on the phone matches the answer on the screen.
The brief
Bids, material choices, and approvals were scattered across email, texts, and paper. Everyone had a different version of the latest decision.
The approach
A clear public site first — license, services, projects, and a real inquiry path. Behind it, role-based portals: clients see progress and approvals; contractors see bids, materials, and the job record. Communication stays attached to the project instead of living in someone's inbox.
The outcome
One place to look. Clients can see where the job stands and what needs a decision. The office can point to a single approved material list instead of reconstructing it from texts.
